Eligibility

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return.
• Custom or personalised orders cannot be returned unless defective.

How to Return

1. Email us at blocktheory46@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will send you a return authorisation and instructions within 24 hours.
3. Pack your item securely and ship it back to us.
4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will send a replacement at no cost to you.
